1. Information We Receive

Discord User ID and Username: used only in memory to identify you in game.

Discord Profile Picture: displayed alongside your username in the lobby.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the live multiplayer lobby and show player avatars.

To troubleshoot and improve game stability and performance during active sessions.

3. Data Retention

We do not persistently store any Discord user IDs or profile pictures.

All data is held transiently in PlayroomKit's runtime memory and is discarded as soon as you exit a session.

4. Data Sharing

No Selling: We never sell or rent your data.

Hosting Providers: PlayroomKit (and its partners) process your data in memory to power the multiplayer experience; they do not retain it for GorillaVx.

5. Security

We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encrypted channels, secure access controls) to protect any data while it's in memory. However, no system is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

Access & Correction: Since we do not store your data, there is no record to access or correct.

Deletion: No action is required; we hold no persistent data to delete beyond the live session.

Opt-Out: You can stop using the Service at any time; once you leave, your data is automatically discarded.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy; any changes will carry a new Effective Date above. Continued use indicates acceptance.
