You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Discord account to use the Service.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

You are solely responsible for any activity under your Discord account.

You agree not to harass, spam, cheat, or otherwise misuse the Service or disrupt other players' experiences.

3. License & Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use GorillaVx for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or scrape the Service or its underlying code and data.

4. Data & Privacy

We receive your Discord user ID and profile picture only in memory to display in the live lobby.

We do not store this data persistently; once you leave a session, GorillaVx retains no record.

5. Third-Party Services

PlayroomKit hosts and runs the multiplayer backend; by using our Service you also agree to any applicable PlayroomKit terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for any purpose.

Under no circumstances will JecKT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GorillaVx.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The new Effective Date will be displayed above. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
